- In a yoga teacher training, 100% attendance is required. Students must adhere to the schedule and participate in all classes, lectures, and other school activities.
- During your stay at the ashram, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Students are expected to adjust as soon as possible to the schedule and diet we offer so they can gain the most benefit from the course.
- You are advised not to bring anything valuable. If necessary, you can store valuables safely in the ashram.
- In case of any physical problem, please notify the ashram administration immediately.
- We advise you to inform your teacher and the ashram administration before bringing medication to continue a certain treatment
- We serve strictly vegetarian meals at our Yoga ashram.
- We maintain strict silence during breakfast and lunch.
- Karma Yoga must be practiced for one hour a day.

There are daily flights and trains from New Delhi to Jollygrant airport Dehradun.
