Concentrate on your Sahasrara Chakra. Feel that your chakra is opening by the Grace of Mother Kundalini, all the darkness of soul has been disappear . Feel that your soul start shining with golden light , power and wisdom. Now slowly exhale and as you exhale feel that the Kundalini Shakti is gradually coming from the Sahasrara to the Muladhara Chakra. Now repeat this process again and again. After the practice of few days you start to feel changes and practice become more easy . This  pranayama is the magic wand for attaining perfection very quickly.
